Zimbabweans were left in disbelief when they discovered the age of the country’s version of Tarzan, Chawatama Marimo.
Marimo, known for his expertise as a snake catcher, recently took to Facebook to announce he had celebrated his 50th birthday.

In his post, Chawatama Marimo thanked everyone for their birthday wishes and mentioned plans for a party on a yet-to-be-disclosed date. Marimo said in a post:
“Thank you for all the beautiful birthday wishes ❤️❤️❤️sorry for not replying was so busy .. I really appreciate you guys .. Big 50 is here … I celebrate this day because many people that I grew up with are not here to celebrate with me .. Still havnt organized a party .. But it will happen .. Just in case you are asking me why ..Excuse me because it’s my birthday I won’t do it again promise.”

Meanwhile, prominent tenderpreneur Phillip Chiyangwa caught the general public unawares when he married his new wife Sarah Frankis.
The couple exchanged vows at a private ceremony held at Chiyangwa’s Borrowdale mansion on Friday, surrounded by close family and friends.
Chiyangwa shared why he decided to exchange his bachelorhood for a wedding ring. He revealed that from the moment he first saw Sarah, he knew she was the one. Chiyangwa said:
“It was a long time coming. I had no doubt in my life that she is the one. Since I laid my eyes on her, I knew, Sarah was the one.”
