How To Apply For Form 1 Boarding Places On eMAP
Parents and guardians aiming to enrol their children in boarding schools have until 31 December to submit their applications through the Electronic Ministry Application Platform (Emap) at [www.emap.co.zw].
In a circular, the Ministry urged parents and guardians to access the platform promptly to secure spots amid limited boarding school spaces.

Form One Application Portal Goes Live On 1 November
“Parents/guardians who wish to send their children to boarding schools are advised to start applying through the platform https://www.emap.co.zw with effect from 1st November up to 31 December 2024,” the statement read.
Under the Emap system, applicants can select up to five schools. If an application is accepted at one institution, the applicant is automatically removed from consideration at the remaining schools unless the offer is declined.
“Successful applicants will be notified through short message service (SMS) by the respective school heads,” the Ministry added.
As part of the system’s functionality, applicants will see updates on their application status, including “pending” for those still under review, “accepted” for those offered a place, and “processed” once a spot is secured elsewhere. Rejections will be noted for those who don’t meet school criteria.
