The Zanu-PF supporters are alleged to have come from Mashonaland Central and were firing live ammunition at the CCC activists.

This prompted others to question what the CCC had as a countermeasure.
Zanu PF beats people at will and this will get worse as we move towards elections. The question to the opposition and all citizens is "What's the end game?" pic.twitter.com/mQhQVnkWfS

It is becoming clear as day that without reforms and without intervention from SADC and other regional leaders, the 2023 elections will be both violent and disputed. There is a need to deal with the violence before the election or Zimbabwe will endure another 5 years of political and economic stagnation.
