Khanyi, who’s living it up in Dubai with her teenage kid, has had a whole list of procedures: liposuction, waist reduction, boob job, tummy tuck, eyebrow lift, and she’s still bleaching her skin. But wait, there’s more! She’s just had a facelift because she’s determined to look like a Barbie doll.
She spilled all the tea on her surgery journey, saying, “Now we bake, bought a new face. I know, I know, before we all lose it, it’s still very fresh and super tight.” Khanyi’s had a blepharoplasty to reduce the heavy skin on her eyelids and a subnasal lip lift to add shape to her lips.
Not long ago, she went for facial threads, which is this invasive, non-surgical procedure that lifts sagging skin and stimulates collagen production for a youthful look. “Always wanted to get threads done,” she said.

But that wasn’t enough for our girl Khanyi. She got a facelift because she was tired of Botox and fillers every three months.
“It will take a few weeks for it to cook. I grew tired of Botox and fillers every three months. Now looking for a permanent solution to a structured tight face,” she added.
She feels like she’s wrapped in cling wrap but can’t wait to see the final results. “It’s still going to get worse before it gets better,” she confessed.
It seems like Khanyi’s quest for perfection is never-ending, and she’s spending big bucks to chase that Barbie dream.
