An unidentified woman brought business to a standstill after she dressed in a risque see-through dress as she went about doing her errands.

The woman seems to have worn the outfit as a way to keep herself cool due to the high temperatures being experienced. To her credit also, she wore some plus-sized panties to preserve her modesty.

However, this did not stop an excitable crowd from going into a frenzy. It is not yet clear where the event took place.
