The scandal unfolded when Colonel Mkhwananzi’s wife, Sibongile, discovered disrobed images of Polite in her husband’s cellphone.
Sibongile, deeply hurt by the revelation, has taken legal action by filing a case (CG/514/23) in the courts, seeking US$10,000 in damages for adultery against Polite.
Sibongile shared that:
“It is painful, cruel, and heartless for a married woman to disrupt another woman’s marriage.”
She further expressed the emotional, psychological, and social impact of Polite’s alleged actions on her life and the lives of her children.

“Polite has sent nude pictures to my husband and has been mistreating him and his property. Their behavior is unbearable, inhuman, and heartless, leading me to seek justice through the courts.”
Police Sergeant Masuku, husband to Polite, formally lodged a complaint against Colonel Mkhwananzi’s conduct on September 20 of the previous year.
The scandal has become the topic of discussion in Donnington, where Polite serves as a supervisor at a local funeral parlour, and at Mzilikazi Police Camp, where she resides with her husband.

Polite, responding through her legal representative, Advocate Moyo, mentioned that the matter is currently under consideration by the Civil Court.
Advocate Moyo made an official comment to H-Metro:
“The case is now before the courts of law, and we cannot provide any comments at this time.”
