Sticky chicken wings
Ingredients
6 Chicken wings
1/2 Cup of white sugar
½ Cup of lemon juice
15ml of dried chili flake
4 cloves of garlic, minced
10ml of smoked paprika
10ml Chicken spice
250ml of Chicken stock
Salt and pepper
Preparation
In a saucepan, boil the chicken wings together with the chicken stock. Until cooked (be careful not to overcook) put aside. Mix sugar, lemon juice, garlic, chili flakes, paprika, chicken spice in a separate saucepan. Cook on medium heat until the sauce is reduced and thickens. Once the sauce is thick, add the cooked wings, mix together and let it cook for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
